As a Lab Technician, you are the eyes, ears, and hands of our Arcade. Your chief responsibilities are to take care of the guest's needs and to ensure a safe and clean establishment. This includes cleaning tables, booths, bathrooms, arcade machines, and other miscellaneous cleaning duties. You are the driving force of keeping The Riverside Game Lab clean and thus set the environment for the guest. As such, the Lab Technician provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Lab Technicians report to the Chief Scientist, Chief Alchemist, and General Lab Manager.

As a VR Scientist, you are the operators of our Virtual Reality Arcade. Your chief responsibility is to take care of the guest and their entertainment needs. This includes operating the VR Booth, setting up the guest for VR experiences, and taking care of any food or drink needs. You are the main representative of the Virtual Reality experience at The Riverside Game Lab, and thus set the mood for the guest’s journey into Virtual Reality. As such, the VR Scientist provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. VR Scientists oversee Lab Technicians, and report to the Chief Scientist, Chief Alchemist, and Lab General Manager.

As a Chemist, you are front and center of taking care of the guest and their drink needs. You are the first face they see walking into The Riverside Game Lab, and thus set the mood for everything that is to come. As such, the Chemist provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Chemists oversee Lab Technicians, and report to the Chief Alchemist, Chief Scientist, and Lab General Manager.
